parking

There is free on-site parking at the Northwest Tibetan Cultural Association, for up to 88 vehicles.  Overflow parking is available across the street at Parkrose High School.

* Please do not park in the Wendy’s parking lot next door. 

silent auction

The silent auction opens at 6:00pm and goes till 8:30pm.  There will be a variety of items to bid. From family-friendly activities to sports fans and food lovers, there will be something for everyone!

o   Auction winners announced during dinner

o   Winners must pay and pick up items before leaving the event (no holds)

o   Payment options: cash, local check or credit/debit card – a receipt will be provided

o   No winning merchandise will be given until payment has been received

dinner

Dinner will be served buffet style and will include a variety of Tibetan and Nepalese food.  Vegetarian options will be available. We have included complimentary  non-alcoholic beverages in our ticket price throughout the evening. Alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase.  

entertainment

The children of the Tibetan Sunday School will be performing during the dinner, along with live music from local Tibetan artists.

Kyabje Ling Rinpoche, the late senior tutor to His Holiness the Fourteenth Dalai Lama, will speak at the event.

childcare

The event is more adult focused but you are welcome to bring your child.  A ticket is required for everyone attending the event, including children of all ages.  Please remember alcohol is being served and you will be responsible for keeping an eye on your child.    

We will provide a limited childcare service for children aged 2-12 years, run by student volunteers.  Availability is on a first come, first served basis and a signed liability waiver is required.
